The Exhibium Group is under the management of a global advisory board. All consultancies are managed by senior project directors experienced within their respective divisions. The advisory board is responsible for setting strategic project objectives, implementation policies , and oversight services during the project lifecycle.
Fernando Williams
is the Founder and Managing Director of the Exhibium Group.
Mr. Williams is widely known for his work with EXPERIENTIAL BRANDING. The guiding principle is the integration of a holistic user experience approach combined with solid ROI propositions that uniquely define the advisory services to be provided. Over the past 35+ years he has leveraged and expanded this expertise in the United States, Latin America, and the Middle East. In addition, he has participated in countless international symposiums as a guest speaker .
Mr. Williams received his education in Architecture from City College in New York City (CCNY.) His experience in Real Estate development covers feasibility evaluations, concept design, investor relations, BIM management, and extensive project management experience extending to architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) practices.
The vision, motivation, and drive to explore transformational technology applications has been the driving force for Mr. Williams to expand Exhibium service offerings to include Modular Real Estate Development and BIM Modelling services.
Mr. Williams is a member of The National Retail Federation (NRF), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association ( NAIOP )

Exhibium was founded in 1995 as a retail design group. Over the years, the focus was expanded to provide experiential branding consultancies to commercial real estate developers. The addition of BIM modeling services and Modular real estate development services has been a natural progression based on the founders vision of the importance of changing technologies and their applications.
We strive to create great user experiences by integrating physical architectural design practices with relevant social, digital, and sensory interactions that better connect people to their work, their lives, and each other.
